Wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows overlook dramatic city views while an open kitchen sets the stage for a dynamic dining experience. By combining art deco décor and mid-century furnishings with eastern elements like Batik Kawung-patterned marble floors and Ikat steel chandeliers—along with a vertical botanical garden—the design of the spacious dining room mirrors the restaurant’s eclectic offerings. Our culinary team presents enticing buffets as well as tempting à la carte options throughout the day. Market fresh selections are prepared to order at seven different live cooking stations, which draw influence from Western, Indian, and Asian cuisines. The martabak station showcases a local favorite—stuffed pan-fried bread—while premium beef and Japanese ingredients are masterfully combined at the specialty noodle counter. Additionally, a children’s menu, featuring apple-raisin French toast, spinach and cheese omelette, soy glazed salmon, and strawberry yogurt shakes, is sure to please guests 12 and under. Partially enclosed by intricately carved partitions, a semi-private dining area, with seating for 12 guests, is also available by reservation.
