Originally from Australia, Chef Cameron Gardiner is currently the Executive Chef at the Pullman Jakarta Indonesia Thamrin CBD. As a part of a leading upscale international hotel chain, Pullman surely sets the bar high with its culinary offerings. Chef Cameron helms all the five of the restaurants inside the hotel. He describes his management style as neither traditional nor aggressive and he prefers coaching his multinational team members. As a chef, he feels very fortunate that he could have the opportunity to work overseas and being internationally exposed. “It is like a dream come true,” he says.
