Using fresh, seasonal ingredients, Lyon offers a range of classic dishes from across France, with each dish carefully prepared according to traditional techniques. In addition to our à la carte menu we also offer a prix fixe menu created daily by our talented team of chefs. Elegant, yet sophisticated, our décor has a simple feel with a checked floor, cane-back chairs, round tables and a subtle colour scheme of ivory and wood tones. We also offer two private dining rooms, one overlooking the lobby and the other with views of Jalan Jendral Sudirman.
One of Lyon's signature dish, Chateaubriand, is a very tender steak cut from the thickest part of beef tenderloin served with choices of sauce and side dish.
Driven by his love of French cuisine, Chef Edi’s creations are hallmark of his commitment to deliver delightful dishes using only the freshest and best seasonal ingredients. Chef Edi’s first venture into the kitchen was in Singapore circa 2010 under the tutelage of renowned Chef Ebbe Vollmer and Chef Julien Royer, where he acquired the experience and keen understanding of French cuisine. In 2013, he returned to Indonesia and continue to develop his knowledge of the global culinary trends at numerous luxury dining establishments before joining Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta in 2016.
