Stefu Santoso

STEFU SANTOSO is a purely Indonesian Chef and Television personality, born in Jakarta. He is now the Executive Chef of APREZ Catering, Amuz Group, and is considered one of the best chefs in Indonesia. Grew up in Jakarta, and graduated from Pusat Pengembangan Pariwisata Atma Jaya, Jakarta. Stefu began his culinary career in 1998, working in 4 & 5 stars International Hotel. He was promoted to become Executive Chef on 33 years old at The Parklane Hotel Jakarta (5-Star Hotel). With that position, He managed Banqueting, Coffee Shop, Steakhouse and also Catering Business Stefu gained immediate popularity from his involvement in Association of Culinary Professionals (ACP), Indonesia, and elected become President Association of Culinary Professionals Indonesia since 2014 until now. Had a few TV appearances in Local TV, since then he has crisscrossed the culinary TV show. He has known to be very articulate and communicative with the audience while doing the cooking demo. He is also a figure that as excellent culinary knowledge. Not only just mastered the knowledge of the culinary, Stefu also has a variety of international culinary achievements. He won several medals of Salon Culinaire Indonesia and got the Trophy of The Best Chef Overall in Salon Culinaire Indonesia 2005. He also involved as Manager for Team Indonesian for Bocuse D’Or, who can brought team to qualified to final Bocuse D’or in Lyon on 2010 Stefu is also often invited as a speaker, trainer and judges for various culinary events. Now in addition to being President of the Association of Culinary Professionals Indonesia, Stefu also busy developing APREZ Catering. Which is the catering served for outside and inside catering for various companies in Jakarta with 5-star Hotel standard, and also he responsible for AMUZ Catering services, AMUZ is French Dinning Restaurant in Jakarta.
